What Is ZUU Foundations?

ZUU Foundations is the new entry point into the ZUU system.

A practical movement education course designed to help trainers build confidence coaching bodyweight movement, mobility, locomotion and foundational human patterns.

This isn’t about learning hundreds of flashy drills. It’s about understanding:

  • how the body moves

  • why clients compensate

  • how to improve coordination

  • how to scale movement safely

  • how to coach technique

  • how to regress and progress patterns

  • how to reconnect clients to movement confidence

You’ll leave with tools you can immediately apply with clients the very next day.

No overwhelm.

Why We Changed The Education Model

Since 2010, our Level 1 certification contained enormous amounts of information.

The intention was good.
We wanted to overdeliver.

But over time we realised something important:

Information does not equal competency.

Many trainers left "inspired" by the energy of the course…


but still lacked confidence coaching the fundamentals under pressure.

That’s on us.

So we rebuilt the system.

ZUU Foundations slows things down and focuses on what matters most first:
