" I didn't set out to create ZUU, it just happened . I was only 30 yrs old and despite being an avid gym goer, my body was becoming stiff and sore.
I worked for 2 years on myself, just me in the park, trying to reconnect with my body and discover what it needed to feel stronger and get a workout at the same time.
My wife called it ZUU when we decided to open a location to allow others to train with me out of the elements. After using names like Gorilla, Bears and Frogs she said that the animals needed a safe place to be- The ZUU.
Like I said, I didn't set out to create a fitness brand."
